Dana and Carrie found us sorters to identify items that could be donated and sold, packers to gather valuables for storage, and workers to cart away the junk. They identified the repairs that had to be done, and then found the carpenters, landscapers, pool technicians (and every other kind of contractor you can think of) to do the work. They oversaw bidding, kept track of contractors and payments, and were a consistent presence on site to make sure work was completed correctly and on time. It was hard to believe how quickly and smoothly the process moved forward. Dana and Carrie kept everyone on pace to an ambitious schedule, and right on time, the house was beautifully staged, with vivid photos (including aerial drone shots!) that made me wonder whether we should move back into this beautiful home instead of selling. All of DWT's planning and efforts paid off: our house sold above the listing price, and in just six days! We couldn't have done it without Dana and Carrie. They kept track of everything related to the sale so that we didn't have to. Best of all, they made what could have been a worrisome, laborious process into a fun and pleasant adventure.
